The newsletter you meant to send: let Vivonoma write it

You meant to send a newsletter last month. Maybe the month before, too. You had things to tell your customers: a new product, a change in hours, a small story from the shop. Then the day filled up. The evening went to posts, invoices and replies. The newsletter stayed an idea.

If you run your business mostly alone, this is not about discipline. It is about hours. This article is about handing the writing to Vivonoma while you keep the decisions.

Why the newsletter keeps slipping

You are not the only one who is stretched thin. Constant Contact's Small Business Now report asked more than 1,500 small business owners in five countries about their plans. 68% expect social media to be their most valuable channel, and email comes second, at 41%. 74% expect to spend more time on marketing.

A survey by Fiverr gathered nearly 6,000 responses from small business owners and entrepreneurs who use Fiverr. 70% spend less than five hours a week dealing with their marketing challenges. 40% name creating engaging content as one of their top concerns.

Put simply: email matters to many owners, time is short, and the writing is hard. A newsletter needs all three at once: an idea, a free hour and the words.

What email tools do now

Email tools have moved on. Many of them now help write the words. On its paid plans, Mailchimp's AI feature builds email layouts and copy from a website address or a short prompt. Constant Contact launched an AI Content Generator in 2023 that drafts copy for email, text and social campaigns. For many owners that is real help, and it may be all they need.

With these tools, you still decide when to write and what about. You check the draft and you send it. If starting is the hard part for you, that part stays with you.

Three ways to get it written

Who does the work Who plans it How it is paid What is left for you
Writing it yourself You You Your own time All of it: the idea, the words, the sending
An email tool with AI drafting (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) You, with AI help on the words You The tool's own plans Choosing when and what, checking the draft, sending it
Vivonoma AI agents write it, and every result is reviewed before it counts Vivonoma plans it in a content plan, and you set the direction Plans from $29 a month (as of October 2026), with Seeds per task Deciding what is approved and published

What Vivonoma does

Vivonoma plans and writes posts, blog articles and newsletters in a content plan. Newsletters go to your company's own subscribers, and there is a sign-up form for your website so people can join your list. Every result is reviewed before it counts, and it is tried again when it falls short.

You don't need any technical knowledge. Vivonoma does the work. You decide. You also choose how it runs. In Manual mode, you start each task yourself. In Auto mode, tasks start by themselves, within your Seeds.

Vivonoma handles the work it supports within your Seeds, while you decide what is approved and published. Posting is manual by default: a post goes out when you press. You can switch a connected channel, such as X, to post by itself. It then posts at most once a day, and you are told each time.

Posting to X, the newsletter and Google Search Console are included, with no channel module needed.

Plans are paid monthly or yearly. Standard is $29 a month with 20 Seeds, Pro is $59 with 50 Seeds, and Max is $109 with 100 Seeds (pricing as of October 2026).

An example: one shop, one month

This example shows how it works. It is not a customer's result.

A woman runs a small shop that sells handmade candles. On a Sunday evening she opens Vivonoma and asks in one sentence: "Write this month's newsletter about our autumn scents, and an X post to go with it."

Vivonoma writes both. She reads the newsletter over a cup of tea. It tells her subscribers about the autumn scents and ends with an invitation to come by the shop. She is happy with it and approves it. Only then does it go to the shop's own subscribers: the people who joined through the sign-up form on her website.

Then she reads the X post. It is short and points to the same news. She presses Post on X. The thing she kept putting off is done, and the evening is still hers.

What it costs in Seeds: a task such as a post or an email written for you costs 1 Seed. Each 200 newsletter emails sent costs 1 Seed. Planning and chatting cost nothing.

Hand over the writing, keep the say

If the newsletter has been on your list for months, you can hand over the writing and keep the decisions. Sign-up is closed for now while Vivonoma is being tested. Today you can ask for early access. Sign-up opens to everyone on 1 November 2026 at 16:00 Belgian time, and everyone still waiting gets their own sign-up link by email.
