Your week is not just the work you love
You started your business to do work you are good at. Then the week filled up with everything around it. The forms. The invoices. The post you meant to write on Tuesday. The website text that has not changed in a year.
When you do it all alone, nothing has a clear end. The day finishes, but the list does not. So the list moves into the evening.
This article is about that. It looks at where a small business owner's week can go. It also says what Vivonoma can take off your plate, and what it cannot.
Where the week goes
One survey gives a picture. American Express and Small Business Saturday UK asked 1,000 owners of UK micro, small and medium businesses about running their business. In a report of the research, published on 20 July 2026, owners estimate that they spend an average of 11 hours a week on admin or finance tasks. That is about six working days a month.
They spend 3.6 days a month on sales and business development. That is the work that brings in customers.
The same report says 54% of owners feel paperwork gets in the way of running the business. And 36% name their own lack of capacity as the biggest barrier to growth.
Two things to keep in mind. This is a UK survey, and the hours are the owners' own estimates. It says nothing certain about Belgium, or about your business.
It is also not a gloomy picture. In the same report, 85% of owners call running a business the best professional development they have had. Stretched, and still glad to be doing it. That sounds familiar to many of us.
What Vivonoma does not do
The survey is about admin and finance. So let us be plain: Vivonoma does not do bookkeeping, invoicing or finance admin today. If your evenings go to accounts, Vivonoma is not the answer to that.
What it does is the work around your business that tends to wait until the evening. It is listed here. In short:
- It writes the four documents your company works from: market research, a roadmap, a design guide and a feature list.
- It plans the next most valuable work, so you do not have to guess where to start.
- With AI agents, it does research, documents, posts, emails, video ads and changes to the website it hosts for you.
- It gives your company its own email address and sends you a daily report.
Newsletters to many people at once are not built yet.
That the work above is what slips to the evening is our own reading. The survey does not say it.
No technical knowledge needed
You do not need to know how AI works. You do not write code or special commands. You say what you want in plain words. Vivonoma does the work. You decide.
You also choose how closely you stay involved. There are two modes:
- Manual: you start each task.
- Auto: tasks start by themselves, within your credits.
Posts follow the same idea. By default, a post goes out when you press. You can switch a connected channel to post by itself. It then posts at most one a day, and you are told each time.
Not sure what to do first? Planning new work costs 0 credits. Vivonoma proposes the next most valuable step, and you choose what happens.
An example, step by step
Here is an invented example. It shows the steps. It is not a customer's result, and it says nothing about how many people would see or respond to a post.
Imagine Jonas, who runs a small bike repair shop. It is the end of a long day and the shop's X account has been quiet for weeks. He asks Vivonoma for a post that tells people he takes bookings for a bike service before the busy season.
Vivonoma writes the post. That costs 1 credit. Jonas reads it. It sounds like him, so he presses Post. It goes out on X, which works today.
Facebook and Instagram are coming soon. Jonas can use them when they arrive.
Notice what Jonas did. He asked, he read, he decided. He did not write the post at ten at night, and he did not need to understand any technology.
What it costs
Work is paid in credits, per action. A post, an email, a piece of research or a plan written for you costs 1 credit. A change to your website costs 1. A 15-second video costs 2. Planning new work and chatting with the agent cost 0.
There are three monthly plans. These are the prices as of October 2026, and the pricing page has the current ones:
- Standard: $20 a month, with 20 credits.
- Pro: $50 a month, with 50 credits.
- Max: $100 a month, with 100 credits.
If you pay yearly, you get 2 months free. The credits still arrive monthly.
Vivonoma handles the work it supports within your credits, while you decide what is approved and published. How far your credits go depends on what you ask for.

If your week is more than the work you love, you can start by asking what comes next. Vivonoma does the work. You keep the decisions.
